Perpaduan manis dan asin pada bumbu masakannya pas. Kaya rempah pada setiap masakan. Nasi campur ini ada dua varian, nasi biasa atau nasi uduk. Suami pesan nasi uduk. Nasinya gurih dan lembut. Lain kali kalau kesini saya akan pesan nasi uduk saja. Satu hal yang saya suka selain rasa masakannya adalah lauk-lauknya tahan lama. Saya pernah beli sekitar jam 8 pagi. Saya baru sempat makan sekitar jam 5 sore. Semua nasi dan lauknya tidak bau. Soun kecapnya juga masih bagus. Mungkin ini karena proses memasak yang maksimal matangnya. Just tofu and sohun. The taste is excellent. I used to order this set menu for seminars, gathering. I could not really remember when was the last time we dined in here. Most of the time we were there, it was fairly crowded particularly on Sunday morning. They also have several branches aside from this location but I never try the food in other branches.
